Cord Life comes with every membership on Cord today, so everyone in a community already has it. The version you join on your own opens when consumer sign up lands.
For a building.
Past a hundred members Cord stops being a card on file. A building is invoiced once a year, and the rate is quoted for your building rather than printed on a page.
The platform
Priced per member for the year and banded, so the rate comes down as the building fills. Counted once across every building on the contract.
The front door
The desk, the tablet that pairs to it, the visitor log and the guest pass. Priced per building, because a door does not get more expensive as more people walk through it.
